Help with your workshop workflow.
Include your platform, app version, and what you expected to happen. Please do not send workshop records unless they are necessary and you are comfortable sharing them.
Restore KitCount Pro
Open KitCount Pro in the app and choose “Restore purchases.” Use the same Apple or Google account and the same store platform that made the purchase. Because KitCount has no login, iOS and Android access are not linked automatically. A restore never creates a new charge.
Local data and backups
Workshop records stay on the device. Use the app’s data and privacy area to create a portable backup before replacing a device or deleting app data. Import is explicit and validates the backup before replacing local state.
Notifications
KitCount asks for notification permission only after you select a reminder. If a reminder does not appear, check the event time and notification permission in your device settings.
Camera and labels
Label creation and code interpretation work offline. Camera access is requested when you open the scanner. You can still use the checklists manually when camera access is unavailable.
Billing and refunds
Apple and Google process payments, renewals, cancellations, and refund requests. Subscription management is available in your store account settings; KitCount cannot charge a payment method directly.

Read the privacy policy and terms of use. Neither page promises a trial or a fixed price; the store always shows the current offer before a purchase.
